The Institute of Physics' Time Server is the Institute of physics' Internet time service.
The service responds to time request from any Internet client using NTP protocol. Simple client software NetTime provides the synchronization of your clock to IPTS as often as necessary - and free of charge.

About the time server
The time server is a computer running under LINUX. This operating system enables the server to acquire UTC from GPS signal. GPS signal is provided by Motorola Oncore model UT+MODEL and NIST type GPS Austron Model 2201 receivers. The stability of the service provided by IPTS is ensured by HP5061 Cs atomic clocks with battery operation of up to 30 minutes.

After simple installation, enter the IP address of IPTS (147.91.83.153), select RFC868 (TCP) Protocol and Port Number 37. See instructions on picture (click to enlarge)
Update Your local time
Just click on Update Now button and all shall be on its place.
